Illegal Aliens

The Tel Aviv District Commander signed an administrative closure order for 30 days for the Butra restaurant on HaArba'a Street. Police stated that two illegal aliens were found employed at the site without permits, leading to a criminal investigation.

Police preparations include checkpoints, patrols, and the deployment of officers near educational institutions, alongside efforts to locate illegal aliens at construction sites and schools. Head of the Operations Department, Brigadier General Elad Klein, emphasized that preventing hostile terrorist activity is the top priority and warned of potential friction during the election year.

Raids conducted in Tayibe and Qalansawe led to the arrest of 18 illegal aliens, some after they attempted to flee upon the arrival of forces. Two pistols, 5 magazines, and a suspected stolen off-road vehicle were seized during an operation to strengthen governance in the south. Six suspects were arrested, including two illegal aliens hiding in an apartment.

Two brothers from Ashdod were arrested on suspicion of transporting and employing illegal aliens, after a pursuit of one of them ended in an arrest in the Southern District. According to the police, the suspect attempted to run over a police officer during the check, and three illegal aliens were arrested as part of the operation.
