Beitar Jerusalem dropped more crucial points on Saturday, being held to a disappointing 1-1 away draw by Ironi Tiberias. This follows a similar 1-1 stalemate against another relegation-threatened side, Ironi Kiryat Shmona, just a week prior. After 10 matches, Beitar has secured only five victories, a tally falling short of expectations for a club harboring championship ambitions.

Following the final whistle, traveling supporters directed their frustration at Almog Cohen, calling for his resignation. Dozens of fans later gathered outside the locker room, chanting "disgrace" and demanding accountability from the players.

Assistant coach Moshe Ohayon spoke to the press in place of the suspended Cohen, who watched from the stands. "We did many good things today, apart from the result," Ohayon said. "Something is missing in the final third recently, and the final pass for a goal is lacking. We controlled the match and created chances, but ultimately finished with only a 1-1 draw, which is very disappointing."

Ohayon addressed the team's sluggish start, noting that tactical changes were made at halftime. "Right after conceding, we started playing, and it is a pity it did not happen from the beginning. We need to know how to trample teams and score goals," he added.

Uri Azo, who came off the bench and hit the post, also reflected on the match. "We managed to take only two points from our last two games, but we are a very good team and we all work hard in training. I apologize to our fans," Azo stated.

Ironi Tiberias coach Alon Ziv expressed satisfaction with the result. "We came very prepared and knew what we were up against. We played a great tactical game and earned a hard-fought point against a fantastic team," Ziv said.
