Gal Rubin has filed a 306,000 shekel lawsuit against her former partner, alleging the unauthorized commercial use of her personal Instagram photos despite her requests for removal. She also claims defamation regarding his public allegations that she demanded a 50,000 shekel "bribe."

An indictment against a 48-year-old resident of Ramat Gan charges him with hacking his former partner’s phone and distributing her private footage. It is further alleged that he edited an intimate photo of her by replacing her face with a pig’s face and published it on social media.
