A veteran Israeli fintech company, which performs hundreds of thousands of transfers a year, is launching a new digital platform designed for Israelis and foreign workers, promising to break away from outdated interfaces.

Users who tried to launch the application this morning encountered an error message titled "Data not loaded, try again". The application operates under the Financial Markets Division of Bank Hapoalim and serves 3.5 million active users.
