Three Killed in Drone Strike Near Kyiv as Zelensky Meets US Envoys in Oslo
Three civilians were killed in a drone attack south of Kyiv as Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky met with US envoys in Oslo to discuss potential ceasefire terms.

Three people were killed and several others wounded on Tuesday when Russian military drones struck civilian vehicles south of the Ukrainian capital, Kyiv, in what locals described as a deliberate attempt to terrorize the civilian population.
The attack took place on the Kyiv-Odessa highway, setting two private cars on fire. While Ukrainian officials reported direct hits, Russian sources claimed the casualties resulted from falling interceptor debris.
Meanwhile, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky arrived in Oslo, Norway, for high-stakes meetings with U.S. President Donald Trump's special envoys, Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner, to restart ceasefire negotiations.
Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Store and Finnish President Alexander Stubb are set to join the discussions alongside representatives from the UK, France, Germany, Poland, the EU, and NATO. Following the Oslo talks, Witkoff plans to travel to Russia to meet with Vladimir Putin.
