14 years after the evacuation from Migron, the Israeli settlement has returned to the site. The Binyamin Regional Council, through the Binyamin Development Company, established the "Migron Agricultural Farm" in Upper Migron, where several families now reside. Today, with the site connected to the electricity grid, the return to Migron is officially confirmed.

Traffic has been diverted to the new Nahal Modi'im bridge with two lanes open in each direction, replacing the temporary bypass. The project is a key milestone in the ongoing expansion of Highway 446.

A large-scale series of performances took place for the first time this summer throughout the Binyamin Regional Council, alongside festivals and cultural events. The council reports that alongside local residents, visitors from Jerusalem and the center of the country also came to the performances and leisure complexes.
