Hundreds of participants gathered this morning (Thursday) at the Ein Riya spring near the community of Neve Tzuf in Binyamin for a Shacharit prayer and musical Hallel in memory of Netanel Shukron, who was murdered at the site, and to support his grieving family. The emotional gathering took place a week and a half after the terror attack in which Shukron was killed while visiting the spring with his son on the eve of Yom Kippur. This morning, the spring filled with voices of prayer and song.

Immediately following the terror attack, local youth mobilized to renovate the spring and its surroundings, aiming to strengthen the site and ensure life continues there. The event was organized as a joint initiative of the Binyamin and Samaria regional councils, in cooperation with Binyamin Plus and the Ministry of Settlement and National Missions. The prayer service was held during Hol HaMoed Sukkot, accompanied by the "Shir Hadash" musical ensemble, alongside words of strengthening and inspiration from Rabbi David Dudkevitch, Rabbi Gad Mechtah, and Rabbi Shai Jacobowitz.

Binyamin Regional Council Head and Yesha Council Chairman, Israel Gantz, stated: "Returning to the spring is a victory of life over terror. The hundreds of people who arrived this morning strengthen the Shukron family and express the spirit of a people that continues to deepen its roots even amid the pain. Terrorists seek to instill fear and push us from our land. We will continue to build, strengthen the settlement, and ensure the security of our residents through determined action against terror."
