A shareholder of Tomer Mazon has filed a 2.5 million shekel lawsuit, alleging bad faith during the merger and the concealment of inventory issues, which led to the suspension of the company's shares.

The former CFO of the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, who brings over 20 years of experience in senior financial management, has been appointed to a key position in Israel's largest independent finance and pension group.
