"When we joined Radio Galil Yam, it was clear that we wanted to create a place people would return to again and again. The new summer menu expresses our approach: seasonal ingredients, precise but unpretentious dishes, and food that is fun to share. We wanted to build a menu that fits the rhythm of the Israeli summer," say Kinan and Hod.
