Renowned Cafe Chain Launches: The Largest Pancake in Israel
The Biga chain is releasing a limited-edition summer package featuring a giant 500-gram pancake and three rich sauces, inspired by global social media culinary trends.

The pancake is undoubtedly one of the most beloved and comforting desserts, transcending ages and generations. There is something magical about the airy, golden dough that absorbs sweet syrups to create the perfect bite. Whether it’s an indulgent weekend breakfast, a treat for the kids, or a dessert shared with friends, the pancake has long evolved from a simple pastry into a symbol of indulgence, joy, and shared sweet moments that no one can refuse.
Those who truly understand the need for delightful culinary experiences are the Biga cafe chain from the Greg Group. The chain operates about 40 branches across the country and offers a rich, varied menu. Biga has made a name for itself through a kitchen committed to high-quality, healthy, and fresh food, providing customers with a rich experience with every visit.
In honor of summer 2026, Biga is launching a limited-edition giant pancake, the largest in Israel. It comes in a specially designed summer package. This impressive set is intended for sharing and draws inspiration from culinary trends that have conquered social media worldwide.
Inside the package, you will find a massive pancake with a diameter of 22 centimeters and a weight of approximately 500 grams, served with three special, rich syrups:
-
Maple Brulee with a creme brulee flavor
-
"Coco Raffaello," consisting of white chocolate with roasted coconut flakes
-
"Speculoos X," a rich caramel sauce with caramel crumble
"The set takes a social media trend and turns it into an accessible experience that invites people to gather, share, and create sweet summer moments," says Shani Calvo, the chain's VP of Marketing.
The price of the set is 89 shekels, and it is available until the end of August at all Biga branches and via the Wolt app.
