Renowned Cafe Chain Launches: The Largest Pancake in Israel

The chain operates about 40 branches across the country and offers a rich, varied menu. In honor of summer 2026, Biga is launching a limited-edition giant pancake, the largest in Israel. It comes in a specially designed summer package. This impressive set is intended for sharing and draws inspiration from culinary trends that have conquered social media worldwide.

Inside the package, you will find a massive pancake with a diameter of 22 centimeters and a weight of approximately 500 grams, served with three special, rich syrups:

• Maple Brulee with a creme brulee flavor

• "Coco Raffaello," consisting of white chocolate with roasted coconut flakes

• "Speculoos X," a rich caramel sauce with caramel crumble

"The set takes a social media trend and turns it into an accessible experience that invites people to gather, share, and create sweet summer moments," says Shani Calvo, the chain's VP of Marketing.

The price of the set is 89 shekels, and it is available until the end of August at all Biga branches and via the Wolt app.
