"MasterChef" star Gal Kaspers shared this morning, Thursday, that she experienced a deep, inexplicable anxiety upon receiving a message from her daughter. The daughter was scheduled to fly to Mykonos and, having woken up just an hour and a half before her flight, called her mother to wake her up.

"'Mom, are you awake?' — oh my, this is the embodiment of all my anxieties in the world," she shared with her thirty thousand Instagram followers. "Whenever my children send me messages like 'Mom, are you awake? Can you answer? Are you available?', all the worst things in the world immediately cross my mind. I don't understand why, but mothers will understand me and this anxiety. Being a mom is a full-time job, from the very first moment," she added.

Earlier this season (with a new episode airing tonight on Channel 12), the 40-year-old Kaspers revealed that her children were her lifeline during the difficult period following the closure of her successful pop-up venture. "They are everything that saved me along the way. For their sake, I didn't give up; I always had to show them that everything was fine and provide them with a sense of security," she said.
