Following his arrest, he was hospitalized with facial injuries and required a liquid-only diet for six weeks. The judge noted a significant discrepancy between police accounts and medical reports, subsequently ordering the defendant's release on bail.

A distressing video testimony from a Dimona resident is causing a stir on social media. He claims that police officers in Eilat tackled him, handcuffed him, and abandoned him in a remote area, but the police have strongly denied the allegations.

Following the police raid on a wedding on Saturday, the organization for the rights of Arab citizens in Israel claims that the officers threw stun grenades, aimed weapons, used a Taser, and forced dozens of guests to lie on the ground, even though no weapons were found and no one was arrested: "Excessive authority and disproportionate violation of fundamental rights"

The family members recount the moments when, according to them, the event got out of control, and are now demanding an investigation into the conduct of the police officers.
