Mehir Lemishtaken

The Mehir LeMishtaken project in Be'er Sheva by A.Sh. Yagel has become insolvent and will not be completed on time. The company is facing debts of hundreds of millions of shekels and an internal shareholder dispute.

The apartment, in a building occupied eight years ago, was sold for 2.2 million shekels. 5-room apartments in the project were sold in 2016 for an average of 910 thousand shekels.
