Labor Agreement

A new collective agreement has been signed, significantly upgrading employment conditions for 2,000 bus drivers at Kavim. The deal includes special monthly bonuses, increased welfare budgets, and salary hikes totaling thousands of shekels.

Two new collective agreements signed today with employees of Hot Mobile and Ta'abura Yamit Ashdod include salary increases, improved rights, and regulation of working conditions. At Hot Mobile, employees will receive an average annual salary increase of 3%, along with a series of additional benefits.

A new collective agreement signed between the Histadrut and SAP management covers 800 employees, ensuring enhanced retirement conditions, remote work regulations, and a 4.5% increase in welfare budgets.
