The minors conducted surveillance on shopping malls and attempted to recruit others for high-risk missions, continuing their activities even after realizing they were working for a hostile foreign power.

A pit bull lunged at a neighbor's dog, forcing the neighbor to use his personal firearm to stop the attack. The dog's owner has been charged with negligence.
