Epstein Complex

The Jerusalem District Court has rejected a petition by 35 residents and city council members against a 42-story residential tower in the Epstein complex. The court ruled that planning authorities properly balanced development needs with the preservation of heritage values near Mount Herzl and Yad Vashem.
