Cyber Fraud

A Bloomberg investigation claims that the digital shopping assistant Phia, founded by the daughter of the Microsoft founder, attributed to itself purchases by users who did not use it, in order to collect commissions from retailers like Nike and Gap. The company claims it was a software bug.
