Singer and paytan Avishai Levi, who began his musical career in childhood and performed for years in Israel and abroad, has died following a severe accident in Jerusalem. Magen David Adom teams performed resuscitation efforts and transported him to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Police reported that the incident on Adoniyahu HaCohen Street in Jerusalem was a single-vehicle accident. Avishai Levi sustained fatal injuries while attempting to stop his rolling vehicle. Despite medical efforts, he was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
