The Ministry of Health has issued a partial administrative order prohibiting new admissions at the "Nof HaMoshavah" facility following a surprise inspection that uncovered recurring medication shortages and missing medical equipment.

The Ramat Gan municipality has launched a tender for a major assisted living complex to replace two aging facilities. The project will feature 400 units housed in a 35-story tower and a 10-story building.

For young people it is a short walk, for 90-year-olds it is a complex operation of transport and walkers.
