The chairman of the Democrats, Yair Golan, referred today, Tuesday, to footage in which MK Zvi Sukkot is seen smashing monuments to terrorists in Samaria, and lashed out: "The same person because of whom IDF forces went up to the territories on the eve of October 7 instead of staying in the south. The same person who broke into IDF bases. And today he is trying with his own hands to ignite more fire and more war."

Golan continued his sharp criticism: "This is a person who should be behind bars, not in the Knesset. For this coalition, flames are a method of operation. Another confrontation, another incitement, another front. As long as the public is afraid and fighting each other, they can continue to rule."

Sukkot's response to the sharp post did not take long to arrive: "You have exactly half an hour to delete this lie. Not a single soldier went up because of me from the south to Judea and Samaria. If you do not delete it, you will be sued and you will have to pay exactly like your good friend Dan Harel."

Earlier today, footage was circulated in the media of MK Zvi Sukkot smashing monuments in an Arab village in Judea and Samaria, but some reports omitted that these were actually monuments erected in memory of terrorists with Jewish blood on their hands.
