Several clubs dream of Bruno Fernandes, Manchester United is not ready to sell
In England, it is reported that Galatasaray is planning to offer around 43 million pounds for the captain of the Red Devils, who for their part do not intend to let him go. Atletico Madrid, Juventus, and Milan are also monitoring.
Manchester United does not intend to sell the team captain, Bruno Fernandes, before the transfer window closes next month, despite growing interest from a number of top European clubs. This was reported in the Daily Mail, with Galatasaray emerging as particularly determined to sign the Portuguese midfielder.
According to the report, the Turkish club is preparing to submit an offer in the region of 42.7 million pounds, with Galatasaray president Dursun Ozbek keen to make the deal one of the biggest summer transfers for the club. However, the money offered is not the only component of the Turkish plan. Galatasaray is prepared to grant Fernandes an annual salary of around 18 million pounds. Due to the relatively lenient tax system in Turkey, this means that in terms of net salary, the Portuguese could almost double his current income, which stands at nearly 200,000 pounds a week in Manchester.

Despite the financial temptation, Fernandes' own position is clear. The 31-year-old midfielder wants to stay at Manchester United and try to fulfill his ambition of leading the team to a Premier League title challenge. He remained at the club even despite the disappointment he experienced last summer, when Saudi Arabia's Al-Hilal was willing to pay about 80 million pounds for him.
"Fernandes is not for sale," the English club maintains.
Fernandes has one year left on his current contract, with an option for another season. His release clause of 57 million pounds has already expired, and United understands that it would be very difficult to find a replacement of his level in the inflated transfer market. Atletico Madrid, Juventus, and Milan have also explored the possibility of submitting an offer.
At the same time, United continues to look for at least one more reinforcement for coach Michael Carrick's squad. One player who might actually leave is Toby Collyer, who has attracted interest from West Bromwich.
