Phoenix storms this company — after a 1,190% jump in 5 years
The Phoenix Group is expanding its investments: Phoenix Finance has purchased thousands of shares of Qualitau on the stock exchange, crossing the 5% threshold of the share capital, thereby establishing its position as a significant stakeholder in the high-tech company.

An interesting purchase transaction was recorded this week on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, as the Phoenix Group, through Phoenix Finance Ltd., significantly increased its holdings in the company Qualitau.
According to an immediate report submitted to the Securities Authority, on August 5, 2026, Phoenix purchased an additional 5,583 shares of Qualitau during trading. The purchase was made at a rate of 49,390 agorot per share. Following the move, Phoenix's total holdings in the company grew to 250,458 shares, which now constitute 5.10% of Qualitau's share capital and voting power (and 4.64% on a fully diluted basis).
With this, Phoenix has officially become a stakeholder in the corporation. Regarding the distribution of the Phoenix Group's holdings in Qualitau, the bulk, 203,118.25 shares, is held through mutual fund management companies in trust. In addition, 25,390 shares are held in the group's nostro account, and another 10,510 shares are attributed to life insurance accounts participating in profits. The remainder of the holdings is divided between market-making activity (10,351.03 shares) and provident funds (1,089 shares).
Qualitau, which develops and manufactures testing equipment for the semiconductor industry, continues to attract the largest institutional entities in Israel. Phoenix's current investment indicates an expression of confidence in the company's business operations. In the last 5 years, its share price has jumped from a rate of 3,750 agorot per share to 48,800 agorot per share — a growth of 1,190%.
