Pelephone Launches New Flagship Branch: Location and the Cash-Back Service
As part of the launch of an innovative flagship branch in a central location, the company is offering a unique service that allows customers of any carrier to trade in old smartphones for direct payment to their bank account.

Pelephone is celebrating the launch of a new flagship branch in the Yachin Center complex in Petah Tikva, as part of the continued expansion of the company's retail network and the enhancement of the customer service experience. The new branch replaces the previous location that operated on Ben Zion Glis Street.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by Petah Tikva Mayor Rami Greenberg, Pelephone CEO Ilan Sigal, VP of the Private Customers Division Kineret Reuvenov, City Council member Itay Shunshine, and other senior company officials. The event also featured players from Hapoel Petah Tikva, including Roi David, Tomer Altman, and Chipwaka Songa, who joined the celebrations and interacted with guests.

The new branch will serve residents of Petah Tikva and the surrounding area, offering a wide range of mobile devices, accessories, and electronics. A key highlight is the Pele Cash service, which allows customers of any carrier to trade in old devices and receive direct payment into their bank accounts.
"The new branch was born out of deep thinking about our customers and employees. We have invested in creating an advanced and pleasant work environment, which is part of Pelephone's new retail concept centered on an innovative, professional, and accessible service experience," said Kineret Reuvenov.
The branch features advanced sales stations, experience zones for testing devices, an express laboratory for on-site repairs, and dedicated workspaces for staff. The facility is equipped with digital content screens and designed to provide an innovative and accessible service environment.
