Ahead of the back-to-school season, Pelephone is launching a massive promotion, offering discounts and gifts on smartphones, tablets, and accessories. The promotion runs until the end of August.

As part of the launch of an innovative flagship branch in a central location, the company is offering a unique service that allows customers of any carrier to trade in old smartphones for direct payment to their bank account.

Bezeq finished a successful quarter and will distribute 515 million shekels to shareholders: 415 million shekels in cash and 100 million shekels through a share buyback.

The group's core revenues — excluding telephony at Bezeq Fixed-Line, cellular services at Pelephone, private customers at Bezeq International, and revenues from Bezeq Online — amounted to approximately 2.03 billion shekels, an increase of about 4%. Total revenues rose by 1.4% to approximately 2.17 billion shekels.
