Raviva and Celia Group Opens New European Bistro Passage in Tel Aviv
The Raviva and Celia group has opened Passage, a new European-inspired neighborhood bistro in Tel Aviv's Tzala center, offering all-day dining.

The Raviva and Celia group has expanded its culinary footprint with the opening of Passage, a new neighborhood bistro located in the Tzala commercial center of Tel Aviv. Operating on an all-day dining model, the venue brings a distinct European flair to a local dining scene traditionally dominated by Mediterranean staples.
A Taste of Europe in Tel Aviv
Unlike the group's classic cafe-confectionery style, which typically features heavy displays of pastries and traditional Israeli breakfasts with tahini and eggs, Passage takes inspiration from a small London bistro. Chef Shay Montag, who has collaborated with the group for over two decades, describes the concept as a mosaic of flavors from Paris, Spain, Italy, and Scandinavia.
Here it is not the Mediterranean. Here it is Europe: a bit from Paris, a bit from Spain, a bit from Italy, and even a small touch of Scandinavia. We gathered all the things we love in Europe.
Traditional Comforts and Contemporary Menu
The menu spans small plates priced between 18 and 48 shekels, including sourdough bread with butter, tortilla espanola with bacon, liver pate, gravlax, and tuna tartare. Larger dishes feature handmade noodles, vitello tonnato, broad pasta with lemon and sage, and Scandinavian-style meatballs with mashed potatoes.

The venue also features an attentive waitstaff, a dedicated wine consultant, and understated European interior touches.
