Global bettors still place former Chief of Staff Gadi Eizenkot with the highest odds to be the next prime minister, but after the weekend, the head of the Yashar! party has weakened slightly. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is strengthening, signaling to global bettors that he remains a significant contender.
On Polymarket, the world's largest betting platform, the volume of bets on the next prime minister of Israel stands at 30.6 million dollars. Eizenkot leads the list with a 49% chance of becoming the next prime minister in the upcoming elections, a slight decrease from recent days when his odds exceeded 50%.
