Lilit Cosmetics Acquires 51% Stake in Wellness Patch Maker My Patch
Cosmetics importer Lilit has acquired a 51% stake in My Patch, a manufacturer of transdermal wellness patches. The strategic partnership aims to expand the brand's retail presence in the booming Israeli health and supplement market.

The Israeli wellness market is experiencing a significant surge as more major players enter the booming sector of vitamins and dietary supplements. Following similar moves by prominent figures and corporate giants like Tnuva, cosmetics and fragrance importer Lilit has acquired a 51% stake in My Patch.
Founded in 2025 by CEO Dor Soltan in partnership with Israel and Ido Bukovza, owners of the allcargo logistics group, My Patch specializes in the manufacturing and marketing of transdermal patches. These breathable fabric patches are applied directly to the skin to deliver active ingredients, vitamins, and herbal extracts straight into the bloodstream, bypassing the digestive system entirely.
The company's diverse product portfolio includes patches for iron and vitamins, collagen and beauty, fat burning, appetite suppression, and bloating reduction. It also offers wellness series designed for sleep improvement, stress relief, mental focus, and energy boosting, alongside specialized creatine and electrolyte recovery patches for athletes. Additional products target muscle and joint pain relief, hot flashes, menstrual cramps, and mosquito repellent.
Standard pricing ranges from 139 to 149 NIS for a 30-day supply, with promotional prices between 104 and 111 NIS. Targeted pain-relief products are priced at 50 to 55 NIS for a pack of three, while joint-pain patches sell for 75 to 79 NIS for 12 units. Currently available on the brand's official website and select online platforms including Bio Gaia, Terminal X, Teva Bari, and Mami, industry analysts expect Lilit to introduce the brand into major pharmacy chains.
Lilit representatives noted that the partnership combines My Patch's specialized category expertise with Lilit's extensive experience in brand building, marketing, distribution, and retail. This synergy aims to expand brand exposure, develop new sales channels, and accelerate growth in the Israeli market.
Operating for over 88 years, Lilit Cosmetics holds exclusive import and marketing rights for leading global makeup, skincare, and fragrance brands such as Rabanne, Versace, Carolina Herrera, Moschino, Jean Paul Gaultier, Shiseido, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Pupa, Catrice, Essence, Clarins, Pevonia, Elizabeth Arden, and La Prairie. The group also operates two retail chains: the Nars makeup brand stores and Beyond Skin, which features niche perfume houses including Xerjoff, Creed, Maison Francis Kurkdjian, and Diptyque. Furthermore, Lilit owns the BYNETA beauty brand in partnership with influencer Neta Alchimister, the Spring home fragrance brand, and holds a 50% stake in Golden Elements, which owns the Zhivago perfume brand.
