Kornit Digital stock jumps 13%: company reports strong second-quarter results
Following a nearly 13% surge in share price over the past month, Kornit Digital has released its financial report for the second quarter of 2026, showing improved performance and providing guidance for the remainder of the year.

Kornit Digital, a specialist in digital and sustainable production technologies for the fashion and textile industries, published its results for the second quarter of 2026 on Wednesday. Following the report, Kornit Digital shares on NASDAQ rose by 1.54%. The stock has gained 5.93% over the past week and has jumped 12.83% in the last month.
Revenue for the second quarter rose to 55.3 million dollars, compared to 49.8 million dollars in the same quarter last year. Revenue from the AIC model grew by approximately 112% year-over-year.
The ARR at the end of the second quarter of 2026 reached 33.8 million dollars, up from 18.9 million dollars in the same quarter last year. The gross margin (GAAP) stood at 45.3%, compared to 41.7% in the same period last year.
The gross margin (Non-GAAP) reached 47.4%, compared to 46.3% a year earlier. Both GAAP and Non-GAAP gross margins were supported by net tax benefits of approximately 830 thousand dollars, resulting from a 2 million dollar customs refund during the quarter.
Operating expenses (GAAP) for the second quarter of 2026 totaled 39.9 million dollars, compared to 31.6 million dollars in the same period last year. Operating expenses (Non-GAAP) totaled 28.8 million dollars, compared to 26.7 million dollars in the same quarter last year.
The net loss (GAAP) was 11.2 million dollars (0.26 dollars diluted loss per share), compared to a net loss of 7.5 million dollars (0.17 dollars diluted loss per share) in the same period last year. Net profit (Non-GAAP) stood at 1.7 million dollars (0.04 dollars diluted profit per share), compared to approximately 1.2 million dollars (0.03 dollars diluted profit per share) a year earlier.
Adjusted EBITDA improved to 0.3 million dollars in the second quarter of 2026, compared to an Adjusted EBITDA loss of 1.2 million dollars in the same quarter last year. The Adjusted EBITDA margin for the second quarter of 2026 was 0.6%, compared to a negative 2.3% in the same period last year.
Forecast for the third quarter of 2026
For the third quarter of 2026, the company expects revenue in the range of 55 million to 60 million dollars, with an Adjusted EBITDA margin between 0% and 3% of revenue.
