Limousine Founders Launch New Fast-Food Chain KAYOTI in Givatayim
KAYOTI by Limousine, a new fast-food chain created by the founders of the Limousine steakhouse and Burger Salon, is opening its first branch in Givatayim, offering a streamlined menu of burgers and standardized steaks.

A new fast-food chain named KAYOTI by Limousine is set to open its first branch in Givatayim, offering a unique combination of gourmet burger and steak concepts. The brand is a subsidiary of the renowned Limousine steakhouse in Ramat Yishai, founded by Rami Ginat and Amir Talmor, who also operate the 23-branch Burger Salon chain.
A New Concept in Fast Dining
According to Amir Talmor, KAYOTI draws inspiration from both parent companies to create a streamlined offering. The inaugural branch will open at the Borochov Friendly center in Givatayim, taking over a former Captain Burger location. Due to the compact size of the venue, operations will focus primarily on burgers, a standardized steak option, and sharing plates.
Unlike traditional fast-food establishments, KAYOTI aims to serve a uniform steak portion prepared at a single, widely accepted level of doneness to ensure operational speed and consistency. The menu will remain concise, featuring roughly five to six items including burgers, a steak option, salads, and children's meals.
Expansion and Future Plans
Following the launch of the Givatayim pilot, the founders plan to expand the network to ten locations, with the next branch envisioned as a full-service steakhouse in Kfar Saba. While the initial branch is funded by the partnership, future locations are expected to operate under a franchise model. Investment costs for a KAYOTI branch are estimated at roughly half of a standard Burger Salon due to its smaller footprint, while pricing will remain competitive with major fast-casual chains in the central region.
