TLV Mall in Tel Aviv is expanding its culinary and leisure offerings with an 8.5 million NIS investment, welcoming two major culinary chains: the Raphael Group and Bagel Cafe. This move is part of a broader growth and renewal strategy led by the mall, reflecting rising occupancy rates and the opening of flagship stores.

The Raphael Group, operating in Israel since 1993, will open its first flagship kosher Italian restaurant in Tel Aviv. Located at the Karlibach entrance, the restaurant will span 314 square meters with an additional 104 square meters of seating area, backed by a 5.5 million NIS investment and scheduled to open in February 2027.

Alongside it, Bagel Cafe will open its 16th nationwide branch with a 2.8 million NIS investment. Spanning 72 square meters with a 16 square meter seating area near the Hasmonean entrance, construction is set to begin in November ahead of a January 2027 opening.

TLV Mall CEO Gad Stern noted that expanding the culinary sector is an integral part of the mall's strategy to enrich its brand mix and solidify its position as a leading commercial and lifestyle destination.

Additionally, international health food chain Oakberry has returned to Israel with plans to open 30 branches nationwide, kicking off with new locations at TLV Mall and Bograshov Beach. Meanwhile, footwear brand Shoofra recently opened "Shoofra Archive," a unique 240-square-meter store on the mall's lower floor following a half-million shekel investment.
