Impersonated a 15-year-old on TikTok and harmed children: Serious indictment against a resident of Nesher
Alon Swisa, a 46-year-old resident of Nesher, is accused of conducting explicit sexual correspondence with girls on social media. Swisa is also charged with rape and serious indecent acts against children aged 5 to 7, committed in 2003–2004.
The Haifa District Attorney's Office has filed a serious indictment in the District Court against 46-year-old Alon Swisa from Nesher. He is charged with sexual offenses committed against two minors via the internet, as well as rape and serious indecent acts committed against children approximately 20 years ago.
According to the indictment, filed by Adv. Merav Bar, Swisa targeted minors under the age of 14 through his TikTok account, falsely presenting himself as a teenager under a fake name before moving the correspondence to WhatsApp.
Last May, Swisa corresponded for two weeks with a 10-year-old girl while impersonating a 15-year-old boy from Netanya named "Yarin." During the exchange, he sent explicit sexual content, including a photograph of his genitals, requested photos and videos of the girl's body, and expressed a desire to meet her. Simultaneously, during that period, Swisa also engaged in a month-long sexualized correspondence with an 8-year-old girl.
In addition to the online offenses, the indictment attributes to Swisa the commission of serious sexual offenses between 2003 and 2004. The details indicate he committed serious sexual offenses against a girl aged 5–6 and indecent acts against a boy aged 6–7.
In one instance, he framed his actions as a "game" and threatened the child, claiming her parents would be angry and send her to a boarding school. In another incident, he led the two children to an abandoned shack, ordered the boy to wait outside, and committed serious sexual offenses against the girl alongside an indecent act against the boy.
