New data reveals the breakdown of military enlistment and national civic service rates across local authorities, highlighting significant disparities between municipalities as well as gender gaps.

Women Enlistment Leaders and Ultra-Orthodox Authorities

In women's enlistment to the IDF, the leading local authority is the Omer local council, which recorded a full enlistment rate of 100%, followed by Kfar Yona with 97.2%, Tel Mond with 95.7%, and Ganei Tikva with 95.6%. Further down the list are Yokneam Illit and Brenner with 95.4% each, the Meitar local council with 95.3%, and Shoham with 95.2%.

At the bottom of the women's enlistment list are primarily ultra-Orthodox authorities, where the army enlistment rate is negligible or nearly zero. Beit El recorded a zero enlistment rate, Modi'in Illit 0.1%, Beitar Illit 0.3%, Elad 0.9%, Bnei Brak 1.3%, and the Rekhasim local council 1.6%.

Among men, the authorities leading in IDF enlistment rates include Tel Mond, Ariel, Mazkeret Batya, Brenner, Shoham, Yokneam Illit, Hevel Yavne, Elkana, Kadima-Zoran, and Kfar Yona.

At the bottom of the men's IDF enlistment table, ultra-Orthodox authorities again stand out. In the Rekhasim local council, the enlistment rate stands at 4.9%, in Modi'in Illit at 6.4%, and in Bnei Brak at 7.7%. Following them at the bottom of the list are Elad, Beitar Illit, Jerusalem, and Beit Shemesh.
