A 15-year-old resident of Holon was arrested on Monday by Ayalon region police officers after a series of videos showing him harassing, insulting, and provoking police officers went viral on social media.

According to police, the teenager carried out the acts over the past few weeks while riding an electric bicycle with his hood up. Accompanied by friends who filmed the incidents, the minor repeatedly blocked police vehicles, hurled insults at officers, and mocked them in footage designed to humiliate law enforcement.

In one of the widely circulated clips, the suspect is seen placing his foot on the hood of a police cruiser. In another incident, he opened the door of a patrol car while continuing his verbal taunts before fleeing the scene on his electric bicycle.

Ayalon region police launched an investigation to identify and apprehend the minor, viewing the repeated offenses and their online dissemination with extreme severity. Authorities stated that they are also working to track down and arrest the other teenagers who participated in filming and supporting the stunts.

The 15-year-old is scheduled to appear before the Tel Aviv Youth Court on Tuesday, where police will request an extension of his detention. Law enforcement officials emphasized that they intend to take a firm stance against all involved parties.
