Clalit Launches Election Day Flu Vaccination Drive Across Israel
Clalit members in Israel can receive flu shots on election day without prior appointments across 50 nationwide centers, mobile units, and malls.

For the first time in Israel, Clalit Health Services members will be able to receive the flu vaccine on election day without scheduling an appointment in advance. The health maintenance organization announced that it will operate approximately 50 vaccination centers across the country.
The initiative includes mobile vaccination units deployed in public spaces, clinics, and shopping malls, with some locations situated near polling stations. Mobile units will be set up in Jerusalem, Petah Tikva, Hod HaSharon, Tiberias, and Beit She'an, alongside dozens of additional hubs nationwide.
Clalit noted that the campaign is designed to help members utilize their day off for preventative health during the active flu season. Health officials remind the public that the body requires about two weeks to develop immunity, making timely vaccination crucial before winter peaks.
