Recently, Elite from the Strauss Group has been bringing more and more nostalgic snacks back to the shelves, and this time customers were surprised to discover the return of one of the most iconic chocolate snacks in Israel — Tov Ta'am.
However, this time, Tov Ta'am comes in the form of Elite wafers, coated with a chocolate-flavored cream filling. The new Tov Ta'am wafers are part of a limited and special edition and will not remain on the shelves for long.
Furthermore, the launch of the Tov Ta'am wafers joins another big surprise from Elite in the last month. Just recently, Elite from the Strauss Group announced the launch of a new limited edition called "Tov-tit," which for the first time connects two of its most familiar and beloved snacks — Tov Ta'am and Tortit.
The new snack combines the wafer and cream identified with Tortit along with the familiar shape of Tov Ta'am. According to the company, this combination brings two flavors that have accompanied generations of Israelis over the years into one bite, creating a new eating experience for fans of both brands.
At Elite, they note that "Tov-tit" is intended to connect the prominent characteristics of both snacks — the cream identified with Tortit alongside the crunch and the familiar chocolate mounds of Tov Ta'am.
