Ron Hochman and Tsori Levy, former managers of the investment arm at Mizrahi-Tefahot Bank, have completed a 300 million NIS fundraising round for a newly established real estate investment and financing firm named Eitan Partners. The capital was secured from prominent figures in the capital market, with anchor investors including Tadmor Group—the private investment arm of Gideon Tadmor, controlling shareholder of Navitas Petroleum—and the Eini family, owners of the UMI group.

Investment Structure and Strategy

The investment on behalf of the anchor investors was led by Boaz Schnitzer, CEO of the family office and partner of Gideon Tadmor, alongside Alon Eini, manager of the Eini family office. Additional investors joining the round include businessman Ran Totahor, founder and former owner of medical equipment company Tuttnauer which was sold to Fortissimo Capital, and Phoenix Underwriting, headed by Eyal Greenbaum.

Eitan Partners aims to reach approximately 1 billion NIS in managed assets within five years, with sources close to the venture estimating that the company may enter the capital market in the coming years. The firm was established to provide equity completion for real estate developers across various models, primarily in residential housing with a strong focus on urban renewal projects.

"We believe in the resilience of the market and the growing demand for flexible financial structuring in urban renewal," noted sources close to the founders.

Market Outlook and Focus

The firm's operations are based on forming partnerships while providing financial solutions through equity investments and mezzanine loans. Eitan Partners emphasizes its ability to offer creative and flexible financing models tailored precisely to each developer, project, and cash flow complexity.

The timing of the launch is notable given the current real estate market conditions, but the founders remain confident in the long-term recovery and growth of the housing sector.
