Asaf Harlap Appointed Chairman of Leading Auto Group Colmobil

The board of directors of Colmobil, Israel's leading automotive group, has approved the appointment of Asaf Harlap as chairman. He succeeds his late father, Dr. Shmuel Harlap, who passed away last month.

Asaf Harlap joined Colmobil in 2006, managing several divisions and brands before serving as an active director in recent years. Since 2020, he has led an orderly generational transition alongside his father, working closely with the board, executive management, and the company's partners both locally and internationally.

Following the board's decision, Asaf Harlap stated:

"I would like to thank from the bottom of my heart the company's management, employees, partners, and colleagues for their support during these difficult days since we lost my father. I thank the board of directors for their trust. It is an immense privilege and responsibility for me to continue leading Colmobil to new heights together with the management, our local and international partners, and our dedicated employees, while preserving the values that have always guided us."
