Blue and White Submits Candidate List for 26th Knesset Elections
Blue and White submitted its candidate list for the 26th Knesset elections, requesting to keep the ballot letter Ken, with Benny Gantz calling for a broad Zionist government.
The National Resilience party, Blue and White, submitted its candidate list today (Tuesday) for the 26th Knesset elections, requesting to continue running under the ballot letter "Ken", which has been used by the party and its chairman Benny Gantz in recent election campaigns.
The list was submitted by faction chair and incumbent Knesset member Pina Tamer-Shata, alongside Aliza Bloch, who is joining as a new candidate for the party's list.
According to Blue and White, half of the candidates in the top ten are women, placed in slots 2, 3, 5, 8, and 10. The party also announced that the list includes two residents of Israel's north, three residents of the Gaza envelope, two kibbutz members, a moshav resident, and a member of the Druze community.
Blue and White Chairman, retired Lt. Gen. Benny Gantz, addressed the submission of the list and called for the formation of a broad government following the elections.
"The State of Israel must establish a broad Zionist government that will allow us to address the country's challenges. The Blue and White team is composed of worthy and ethical individuals who believe that only a cross-bloc government can act for the country, pass a universal service law, establish a state commission of inquiry, and promote state education for all. We will continue to put the State of Israel first."
