Azealia Banks Announces Move to Tel Aviv Amid Mixed Reactions
Controversial American rapper Azealia Banks announced she is moving to Tel Aviv, though sources clarify she only extended a short-term rental. Her upcoming concert has also been postponed.

American rapper Azealia Banks has sparked controversy once again after announcing on X that she is moving to Tel Aviv. "If you would have told me years ago I'd end up moving to Tel Aviv and liking it, I would have said you're crazy," she wrote.
Banks has a history of dramatic ups and downs regarding Israel, shifting from passionate public support during her visit a year ago to hostile posts, before returning recently to collaborate with Israeli producer Yinon Yahel. Despite her announcement, sources close to the artist clarified to Guy Pines' entertainment show that she only rented an Airbnb for a month, which she extended by another month rather than making a permanent move.
Meanwhile, Banks continues to share provocative thoughts with her followers, famously claiming that Rishon LeZion smells "like farts." Additionally, production companies announced that her upcoming concert at the Tel Aviv Amphitheatre has been postponed to October 30 due to fan requests and proximity to October 7 commemorations.
