According to the investigation conducted at the Oz station, the defendant conspired with others to steal vehicles, equipped himself with a vehicle computer and burglary tools, stole a vehicle from one of the streets in Jerusalem, and transferred it to others in exchange for 3,000 shekels. The station's officers collected evidence linking him to the offense.
In another case, investigated at the Shalem station in the Kedem area, the defendant approached a vehicle parked on a street in Jerusalem while equipped with a designated device for shattering windows. He shattered the vehicle's window, entered it, and attempted to start it.
The vehicle owner, who arrived at the scene, noticed the defendant, and he fled. A short time later, police officers located him, arrested him, and transferred him for questioning at the Shalem station. Upon the conclusion of the investigation and the formulation of an evidentiary basis against him, the indictment was filed regarding both cases.
