17 women on the list: Naftali Bennett introduces new Yahad candidates

Yahad party Chairman Naftali Bennett announced this morning, Tuesday, the addition of four women to the party's list: Bruria Naim, Esti Kubo, Adv. Orly Harel, and Olesya Kantor. According to the party's statement, there are now 17 women on the Yahad list. Naim serves as the party's CEO, Kubo is the former head of the economic mission in China, Adv. Harel leads the party's women's headquarters, and Kantor heads the party's Russian-speaking headquarters and is a noted philanthropist.

"The team working to correct the State of Israel receives a significant boost with the addition of Orly, Bruria, Esti, and Olesya — a true Israeli mosaic of top-tier women of action, each in her respective field. In the Yahad party, there is a female majority, not due to gender, but because of a simple decision we made when we set out on our path: to recruit the best of the best. Together, we will correct," said Bennett.

Adv. Orly Harel is an entrepreneur in the fields of generative artificial intelligence and medicine, as well as a prominent social activist. Previously, she was an activist in the Likud movement and founded the "Likud Women of Jerusalem" forum. She is a recipient of the "Leading Women in Technology" award from the UK Government's Department for International Trade (DIT) and the author of the book "The Innovation Club." She holds a bachelor's and master's degree in law with honors from the Hebrew University.

Bruria Naim Arman has served as the CEO of the Yahad party since its inception and is an entrepreneur in the field of community relations. She established the party's field network, which includes over 200 headquarters nationwide. Alongside her party duties, she serves as the chair and owner of the CR Community Relations company. She previously served as Deputy CEO for Community Relations at NTA, and as Chief of Staff to the Minister of Transport and the Deputy Minister of Defense. She holds bachelor's and master's degrees in political science.

Esti Ayalon Kubo is the former head of the Israeli economic mission to China. She possesses extensive experience in economic diplomacy, having represented the State of Israel at numerous international economic forums and led negotiations with trade partners worldwide. Born in Ethiopia, she immigrated to Israel with her family on a journey on foot through Sudan. A lawyer by training, she holds a bachelor's degree in law and a master's degree in diplomacy and security.

Olesya Kantor is a social entrepreneur. Following the October 7 massacre, she founded the "Lev Esh" (Heart of Fire) project, which provides free individual and group therapy to survivors who were on the front lines and are dealing with post-trauma and anxiety, as well as to mothers from bereaved families. About 12 years ago, she established a philanthropic foundation that assists women and children leaving the cycle of violence. She was named one of the 50 most influential Jews in the world by The Jerusalem Post magazine. She holds a bachelor's degree in literature, a master's degree in communications, and a master's degree in art history.
