Yaniv Benaim

Yaniv Benaim, nicknamed "Atala", who was at the center of a drug affair that shook Goa in 2010, did not appear for a hearing in a new case against him after being released on bail. Indian authorities have declared him a fugitive, issued an arrest warrant and a border alert - 16 years after he first disappeared from Goa and was extradited from Peru.
