Uranium

The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) reports that during a visit to a secret site, which Syria disclosed only in July, 73 tons of natural uranium were located, mostly in the form of fuel rods. The IAEA stated it has established control over the material, praised the Al-Sharaa regime for its transparency, and closed the investigation into Damascus.

Despite heavy strikes on nuclear sites, experts estimate that a significant portion of Tehran's capability has survived. The fate of the 60% enriched uranium stockpile is unknown, but US intelligence estimates that the massive reservoir in Isfahan is still reachable. Professionals warn that the nuclear capability still exists and Iran could produce a bomb in less than a year.
