Palestinian workers are no longer here and the industry is far from recovering. Restaurateur Ilan Zagdon says in an interview with Globes that he promoted a plan with Finance Minister Smotrich that will bring thousands more foreign workers: "The best restaurateurs have become dishwashers." But not everyone is impressed: "It's a joke. It's not even a band-aid," says restaurateur Bernardo Belhovich.

MK Avi Maoz, chairman of the Noam party, sent a warning on Monday to Foreign Minister Gideon Sa'ar following the attack on the Chabad House in Arugam Bay, Sri Lanka, calling for immediate intervention with local authorities before the situation deteriorates.

A Chabad House that opened about a month ago in Hiriketiya in southern Sri Lanka has become a focal point of conflict: residents and Buddhist monks demonstrated against it and demanded to check the legality of its operations, while the Chabad House reports threats, firecrackers, stones, and harassment of Israelis. The Chabad House stated: "We need urgent help so we can continue to operate safely."

A happy ending: Two foreign workers agreed to let 6 teenagers ride their electric bicycles, but the latter did not return them - and sold them to a shop in Nazareth. The workers described that one of the teenagers had a 'very unique haircut', which led youth investigators to a breakthrough: 'I know most of the youth in the area. I felt it was a bingo.'
