Benny Landa's troubles cost Vitania an additional 50 million shekels in losses
The real estate company controlled by Rami Ungar will acquire the high-tech entrepreneur's rights in a joint project in Ness Ziona by assuming a debt of about a quarter of a billion shekels and waiving a debt Landa owes it.
