Ramallah

The IDF stated that forces entered the village of Al-Mughayyir to secure the return of animals located there belonging to Israelis, and that during their exit, a disturbance developed during which fire was opened at "main instigators." Palestinians claim that the two, aged 16 and 19, were killed during a confrontation with settlers. The circumstances of the incident are being investigated.

Israeli forces raided the home of Dr. Dima Amin due to the publication of over one hundred posts, for which she is suspected of harming state security. Her family members were unable to locate her for about 30 hours and did not know where she was being held or what her condition was - and only later did it emerge that she had suffered a cardiac event during her arrest.

During operational activity near Ramallah, IDF forces served a Palestinian with an order to temporarily seize his home, but reversed the decision following US Embassy intervention. A military source stated that residents were not evacuated and an alternative location was used.
