Personal Contract

A teacher who joined the education system as part of the personal contract track says that on the very first day of school she encountered hostile treatment from teachers at the school. According to her, she left a job as a programmer and came to the system out of a love for teaching: "I approach someone and she simply ignores me and giggles in my face."
