Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Sa'ar held a trilateral meeting in New York with Moroccan Foreign Minister Nasser Bourita and U.S. Ambassador to the UN Mike Waltz, agreeing to upgrade diplomatic ties to full embassies by the end of 2026.
