Mental Resilience

Many tend to view mental resilience as an innate character trait. However, a growing body of research proves that resilience is actually a skill that can be developed. A new study conducted over a year among 1,567 high school students in China offers a surprising angle: mental resilience is less related to toughness and more to how we perceive our concept of time.

About 2,000 children and teenagers affected by terror and war are participating in the Jewish Agency's summer programs, designed to provide respite, resilience, and rehabilitation; the opening event at Superland hosted about 1,300 participants.
