Paul William Berko Gober, who violently attacked an Israeli mother and her daughter, has been released from detention on 12,000 shekels bail. The mother has issued a warning to Israelis in Thailand: 'He is a scoundrel and a monster, a danger to the public - especially to Jews and Israelis.'

Two Israelis were hospitalized in serious condition after encountering a passerby on their way to a waterfall on Koh Phangan, who inquired about their origin. "He said he didn't like what is happening in Gaza - and attacked us," recalled the mother, who was struck in the head and collapsed. The attacker has since been arrested.
